Refund policy
At Tukai, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your
order.
Items will only be eligible for return if:
- The product is unused and undamaged
- The original packaging is intact
- The price tag remains attached
To initiate a return, please email us at tukai.brand@gmail.com along with a photograph of the product
showing the intact price tag.
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your registered address. Once the returned
item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Damaged Products
We take utmost care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged during
transit, please email us photographs of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note that requests raised beyond this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds are manually processed via NEFT bank transfer
- Customers will be required to share their bank account details for the transfer
- Applicable courier charges, based on the product size, will be deducted from the final refund amount
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Small Leather Goods (SLGs)
- Custom-made products
- Personalised orders, if applicable
